Yes, there is an internet site out there that lets you choose which celebrity you want dead. Sounds delightful doesn't it?  For those with very little to do and a lot of pent-up hostility, you too can enter the proper fields at Global Associated News and generate a "Fake News Hoax" with their "Fake News Hoax Generator." Recently Mark Zuckerberg, the wunderkind inventor of Facebook was reported as having died in a drunk driving wreck.
"Toxicology tests will be performed to determine whether he was driving under the influence, however initial findings indicate that durgs (sic) or alcohol did not contribute in any way to this accident as it was more likely to been caused by road conditions."
Ask.com had this response as to why any website would do something so bizarre:

Ask.com
Looking down the very small fine print we see at the bottom of the page of Global Associated News:
"FAKE... THIS STORY IS 100% FAKE! this is an entertainment website, and this is a totally fake article based on zero truth and is a complete work of fiction for entertainment purposes! this story was dynamically generated using a generic 'template' and is not factual. Any reference to specific individuals has been 100% fabricated by web site visitors who have created fake stories by entering a name into a blank 'non-specific' template for the purpose of entertainment. For sub-domain info, name removal requests and additional use restrictions . . ."
This would be moderately funny, except that people took to the Twitter to pass along their condolences. Many writing: "RIP Mark Zuckerberg". Yep, this kind of thing is a real knee slapper.

Hoax deaths are nothing new for celebrities, Paul McCartney was rumored to have been dead in 1966 during their early years of instant celebrity. Recently in 2009, Charlies Angels star Jaclyn Smith was reported dead by Perez Hilton, but she was of course alive and well. Justin Bieber and Jennifer Lopez have also been reported as dead in widespread rumors.

Its always a good idea to check your sources.
