San Diego UFO Television News Report (VIDEO)

Fresno UFO is NOT a weather balloon, says Chief Meteorologist Kevan Ramer of KMPH Fox 26

Fresno UFO, May 15th 2013

The object that hovered over Fresno California on May 15th of 2013 for nearly 4 hours, and was witnessed by scores of people, is not a weather balloon. That's according to KMPH Chief Meteorologist Kevan Ramer. The winds traveling at the time were around 15 miles an hour and up to 30 mils and hour at an altitude of a thousand feet. The local Fox 26 news team reached out to the Federal Aviation Administration, the Fresno Air Terminal and the Army National Guard, but none of them could not give an explanation for the object.
