UFO WAVE USA: Mutual UFO Networks Sighting Statistics released for the month of April 2014

A rundown of the sightings logged with the Mutual UFO Network gives us an astounding view of a current UFO wave being experienced around the globe and here at home in the United States.

In the month of April 2014, there were 741 sightings reported to MUFON from around the world. 622 of those sightings were in the United States. 31 in Canada and 21 in the United Kingdom.

The most UFO heavy state was California, giving an impressive 80 sightings and Florida coming in second with 57. Third was Texas with 37, Pennsylvania with 33, both Michigan and Ohio saw 25 UFOs individually, and New York saw 23.

The Unidentified Flying Objects also come in many shapes and sizes and MUFON gives us those statistics as well with the Spherical type of craft sighted a total of 150 times this April. Coming in second is the mysterious Triangle shape with 83 individual witnesses. Other shapes of note; Star-like 65, Discs' 56, Oval 39, Cigar 29, Boomerang 28, Saturn-like 5 and Cross 2.  

Most of the distance between observer and unknown craft vary wildly. The top of the list are sightings greater than 100 feet at 137 observations. Others were at a greater distance and 184 were over a mile away. 219 were of unknown distance. 

The most impressive of all of these sightings, as MUFON points out, there were 21 landings, hoverings
and or takeoffs reported and the most ominous? The report of 1 Entity observed.

MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network witness reporting database, received a report from a woman in Johannesburg South Africa.

Just after 9 PM on Wednesday April 23, 2014, she saw a Triangular V-Shaped craft with "whisps of clouds at its flanks". It was very low and sped across the sky. "disappearing behind the tree line in my garden in a northerly direction. Its altitude, speed and direction were constant. There was absolutely no sound."

Later, she went inside and after about two hours, she came back out and saw the exact same event. The craft was following the same flight path, only this time it was followed by two more craft.

"Within seconds thereafter, a solid triangular craft with light blue lights on each corner appeared from the same area and followed the same flight path. This craft was very different to the first two. It was very clearly defined and obviously solid, flew at a much higher altitude and seemed to be somewhat faster than the first lot."

She also witnesses craft of an more down-to-earth nature. After each mystery craft few over during her second sighting, they were followed by airplanes and a black helicopter with a search light was circling the area.

She went to say that over the years, she has seen numerous strange craft in the skies above South Africa and wished that others would come forward with their stories.

UFO hovers over Navy Ship - same ship later has equipment problems

A former US Navy serviceman has recently come forward with a new report of an August 4th, 2010 incident over the waters near the Hawaiian Islands.

On March 10th of 2014, the Navy serviceman explains to MUFON (the Mutual UFO Network) that their ship was headed back to a San Diego home port from a series of naval exercises, when at about 10:15 PM, while standing on the deck, he saw a 'medium sized ball of light about 10 to 20 feet above he water. The ball traveled along with the ship for about 15 minutes, when suddenly, at a quick speed, it moved to the rear of the ship and then 'nearly instantly' the ball of light rose to a position of about 200 feet above them, where it seems to have disappeared.

Startled, he went to report the incident to the Combat Information Center or CIC, but he was 'brushed off'. He then went to the radar operator who had overheard his story.

"The petty officer on watch proceeded to show me that he had contact on the surface and air search radar that corresponded to what I had witnessed. He also told me that the same chain of events has been reported three other times by other individuals and had been occurring since our transit had begun two days prior." (Emphasis added)

"I do not recall if the incidents had been logged or not in the CIC watch contact log. I seem to recall being told by this petty officer that they were instructed to maintain contact and observe its movements, but don't bother logging it as it didn't appear hostile or of any interest. I was also told by him that the past two nights they had lost contact due to extreme elevation at about the same time each night. A few hours before dawn."

"Oddly enough during the actual RIMPAC (Rim of the Pacific Exercise) exercises, my ship, as well as every other ship in our strike group, experienced strange connectivity and communication issues. An investigation was launched by the strike group commander under the premise that there was a suspected probe initiated by the Chinese on our entire strike group. I later discovered that the communications and systems phenomenon the ships experienced had no explainable origin and no evidence of an attack from a foreign nation was detected."
While the Naval Serviceman seems to be the only witness on deck that night, this was not an isolated event.

National UFO Alert: Seven States Report 265 May Cases

The National UFO ALERT Rating System has been updated for June 2013, with California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania moving to a UFO Alert 3 as the highest reporting states during the month of May 2013, filed with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).
California was the leading high-reporting state in May with 67 cases, up from 47 April cases, 59 March cases, 53 February cases and 63 January cases.

Witnesses 1,200 Miles Apart Describe Same Giant Triangle UFO

Two UFO witnesses about 1,200 miles apart seemed to describe the same triangle-shaped object in reports two hours and two time zones apart on April 27, 2013, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

At about 9:59 p.m. ET, a Tennessee witness driving west along Highway 70 near Pleasant Hill reported watching "a large, triangular-shaped" object hovering over power lines in MUFON Case 47032.

The witness was returning from a grocery shopping trip in Crossville when the object appeared just above the vehicle.

"I noticed a large triangular type shape with a big lit circle in the middle of it," the witness stated. "The light was several feet across and was illuminated with white light. The object looked dark gray as far as I could tell and the shape was triangular but with curves. I figured it must be a UFO to be just hovering like that over the power lines."

The witness drove directly under the object.

Ex-Astronaut Story Musgrave to speak at UFO Symposium: Aliens are not coming here, but something is out there


Former Astronaut Story Musgrave will speak at this years 42nd MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) Symposium in Irvine California.  He will discuss his belief that E.T.s are out there, but they're just not coming here.

The man who flew six space shuttle missions and helped to design the suits made for space walks, said he has looked into the claims of supposed government cover-ups concerning alien visitation to our planet, but he personally could not find any proof.

"I've been as deep in the military as you can go. I was Marine Corps and Air Force and spent all this time with the government - I was on two classified department of defense missions, which got me as deep in the bowels of the military and the intelligence community as you can go," he told the Huffington Post.

"I found no conspiracy in terms of covering up information about extraterrestrial visits. I simply didn't find it!"

He did however add this to his comments; "I feel that they're everywhere out there and they're doing interstellar travel - we'll think differently about ourselves once we accept that."

Musgraves comments are puzzling, considering that in the video below, made over 10 years ago, and in other well documented statements, he has publicly asserted that he saw something like a snake outside the shuttles windows. Though this is not an engineered alien craft, it is something like an ocean life-form in space.
